The Encanta La Vida team is looking for a General Manager.  

Requirements include:  minimum of 4 year degree (preferably in hotel management or F&B), bilingual (english/spanish), bi-cultural (ideally, Californian/Tico), healthy lifestyle, respect for nature, an appreciation for sustainable living and a love for the hospitality industry.  

Computer req's:  MS Excel, MS Word and Quick Books  /  Social Media: Trip Advisor, FaceBook, and creative marketing endeavors

Experience with yoga retreats, sales, and yoga menus a plus.

Compensation Package: room and board provided, 6 day/week schedule 7am to 3pm most days with others 11am to 8pm / salary negotiable.
